Effect of Co-Inoculation of Bacillus sp. Strain with Bacterial Endophytes on Plant Growth and Colonization in Tomato Plant (Solanum lycopersicum)

Colonization of a biofertilizer Bacillus sp. OYK strain, which was isolated from soil, compared with three rhizospheric and endophytic strains to evaluate the colonization potential different origin. Surface-sterilized seeds tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L. cv. Chika) were sown in sterilized vermiculite, four each inoculated onto seed zone. After cultivation phytotron, plant growth parameters populations inoculants root, shoot, rhizosphere determined. In addition, effects co-inoculation time interval inoculation F-33 other endophytes examined. All promoted except for RF-37, 1.4–2.8 orders higher than that OYK.
